Auction slides (.pptx)

One 16:9 slide per label — species, origin, spawning, adult size, water and the photo auto-fill from the atlas; CARES is flagged; tank size is derived from adult size. Opens in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides.

Your sheet is saved in this browser automatically. Use Save to file to keep a copy (it downloads to your device — on a phone, your Files or Downloads) and Load file to bring it back or move it to another device.

Import CSV turns a club bag list into labels — one row per bag. It reads the columns Scientific name, Common name, Qty, Price, Type (BAP/Sale/Auction), Locality, Temperament, Tank size, Notes and a Photo URL. Rows whose scientific name matches the atlas get a QR link and CARES flag automatically. Export CSV writes the current sheet back out in those same columns — edit it in a spreadsheet and re-import, or hand it to your club. Copy AI prompt puts a ready-made instruction on your clipboard: paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini with your fish list and the reply comes back as a CSV this tool imports directly (the format spec any assistant can read lives at /labels-ai-format.txt).
